INGREDIENTS:
- 1 banana
- 250 gr rice flour
- 1 egg
- 100 ml water
DIRECTIONS:
- With a fork, mash the banana until you have a smooth puree

- Roll out the dough on floured work surface to a thickness of about 4 mm and cut out biscuits with shapes
