And here we are, back with a new recipe... Delicious banana's cookies!

Very easy and fast to prepare, will surely be appreciated by your furry friends!

INGREDIENTS:

• 1 banana
• 250 gr rice flour
• 1 egg
• 100 ml water

DIRECTIONS:

• With a fork, mash the banana until you have a smooth puree
• Mix in a bowl the banana, flour and egg and gradually add water until the dough is elastic
• Roll out the dough on floured work surface to a thickness of about 4 mm and cut out biscuits with shapes
• Arrange the biscuits on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
• Bake for 40 minutes at 180 ° C

INGREDIENTI:

• 1 banana
• 250 gr farina di riso
• 1 uovo
• 100 ml acqua

PREPARAZIONE:

• Con una forchetta, schiacciare la banana fino ad ottenere una purea morbida
• Mescolare in una terrina la banana, la farina e l'uovo e aggiungere gradualmente l'acqua, fino ad ottenere un impasto elastico
• Stendere la pasta sul piano di lavoro infarinato con uno spessore di circa 4 mm e ritagliare i biscotti con le formine
• Disporre i biscotti su una teglia rivestita con carta da forno
• Cuocere per 40 minuti a 180°C
